General Questions

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship chair covers, sashes, tablecloths, and napkins to all 48 contiguous states. Hawaii and Alaska are not currently served.

How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks before your event to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding season (April–October). Rush orders may be accommodated — contact us to check availability.

What events do you serve?
Weddings, corporate events, banquets, galas, quinceañeras, holiday parties, and private celebrations of all sizes.

Nationwide Shipping Questions

How does the rental process work?
Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and check out online. Your linens arrive clean and pressed. After your event, use the prepaid return label to send everything back.

What is the rental period?
Standard rental is 3 days. Extended rental periods are available — contact us for pricing.

What happens if an item is damaged?
Normal wear is expected. Excessive damage or loss may incur replacement fees. Details are outlined in our rental agreement.

Do I need to wash the linens before returning?
No. Simply shake out any debris and return them in the provided bag. Do not attempt to wash or dry clean rental items.

What areas do you serve for full-service setup?
We serve Wayne County, Oakland County, and Macomb County. Contact us if you're unsure whether your venue is within our service area.

What does full-service include?
Professional delivery to your venue, complete setup of all linens, and post-event teardown and pickup. No lifting required on your part.

How do I book a full-service setup?
Call or text us at (586) 604-5152, or fill out our online quote request form. We respond the same day.

Is there a minimum order for full-service setup?
Yes. Minimum order requirements apply for full-service events. Contact us for details based on your event size.
