The Rental Process

When should I place my order?

The short answer: as early as you can. April through October is our busiest stretch, and inventory goes fast. Ordering early means more options and the peace of mind that your items are reserved.

That said, we work with clients at every stage — from a year out to a few days before the event. If you're cutting it close, reach out and we'll do our best to make it work.

What if I don't have a final headcount yet?

That's completely normal. You don't need a final count to book. Place your order now to secure your items, then adjust quantities as your guest list takes shape:

• Chair covers & linens — adjustments accepted up to 14 days before your event
• Centerpieces, lighting & backdrops — adjustments accepted up to 30 days before your event

If you reduce your quantity on time, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method. You only pay for your final count.

When will my rentals arrive?

Orders ship from our warehouse 4–10 days before your event date and arrive approximately 1–3 days prior via UPS. No signature required — we can also ship directly to your venue if that's easier.

How do I return my rentals?

Every order includes a prepaid UPS return label. After your event, repack everything into the original boxes and tape them securely. A few things to keep in mind:

• Fold sashes flat before packing — otherwise they won't fit back in the box
• No laundering needed; just make sure items are dry and free of large debris
• Spills and stains are part of events — don't stress about them
• Drop the boxes off the next business day after your event

I need help with backdrops and uplighting

Backdrops come in 8–10 ft wide sections, available in white, ivory, and black. If you plan to use colored lighting, white drapes work best as a backdrop. For uplighting, one unit per 8–10 ft section is the standard.

All wireless LED units arrive pre-charged for up to 8 hours and can be set to a full range of colors — red, yellow, blue, purple, green, and white. A charging cable is included with each unit. Plug-in models are also available.
