If you are concerned about ordering your linen because you do not have a final count, PLEASE do not wait.  Our busy season is April-October, so the earlier you order the better selection you will have.  We will refund your money if you do not end up needed them all! 

We understand you may be renting our product for a future date and you may not have a final count yet.  That is why we will accept adjustments to any linen order counts up to 14 days before the event date.  At that time, we will refund you for any changes you need to make.  For flower, lighting and backdrop orders, we will accept adjustments up to 30 days before the event date. Please contact us for final counts at 877-810-6920.  There are no hidden costs or fine print.  The rentals include everything you need and we keep no security deposit.


All rental items are rented and about arrive 3 days before your event date and are returned the business day after your event date with the prepaid UPS labels provided. (if you need an extra day, please let us know as we are flexible) The customer agrees to return all rental items within this time period to Simply Elegant Chair Covers, LLC. The customer further agrees that the rented property shall not be used in any manner for which it was not designed or designated and should not be near an open flame.

All rentals come with return labels.  Items should be returned in the packages they arrived in. If the package gets damaged, you may use another box similar in size to return them with. Please return the next business day after your event date.  If you need extra time to return the items or new return labels, please let us know.


Simply Elegant Chair Covers, LLC requires a 21 day notice on cancellations in order to get a full refund. Orders cancelled less than 21 days before the rental date will forfeit 20% of the charge. We reserve our product for you so if you can cancel, we lose the potential of renting to another client.


If you are purchasing, all items purchased will arrive within 3-5 days from purchase date.  Items will be in new condition.
