By making a purchase with Simply Elegant Chair Covers, LLC, the customer agrees that he/she understands and is accepting the following Terms and Conditions.


We understand you are renting our product for a future date and you may not have a final count yet.  We will accept adjustments to any linen order counts up to 14 days before the event date.  At that time, we can adjust your credit card for the difference.  For flower orders, we will accept adjustments up to 30 days before the event date. Please contact us for final counts at 877-810-6920.


All rental items are rented and arrive 3-5 days before your event date and is returned the business day after your event date with the prepaid UPS labels provided. The customer agrees to return all rental items within this time period to Simply Elegant Chair Covers, LLC. The customer  further agrees that the rented property shall [1] not be used beyond the intended capacity; [2] not be used in any manner for which it was not designed or designated; [3] not be used near an open flame; [4] not be used in a negligent manner.

The buyer shall be responsible for the full retail value of unreturned items, estimated at double the rental value.

RETURN OF PROPERTY TO Simply Elegant Chair Covers, LLC

The customer hereby agrees to return the rented property using the provided prepaid postage label. The property must be returned the business day after the event date (return date). If this day falls on a Sunday or Federal Holiday, return on the following day. Each day product is returned late will be charged a late fee equal to the rental rate.  Items should be returned in the packages they arrived in. If the package gets damaged, you may use another box similar in size to return them with.

Simply Elegant Chair Covers, LLC requires a 90 day notice on cancellations in order to get a refund. Orders cancelled less than 90 days before the rental date will forfeit 25% of the charge. We reserve our product for you so if you can cancel, we lose the potential of renting to another client.

Changes to an order can be made up to 14 days before your rental date. Submit change order requests via email to
