COVID related cancellations - COVID related cancellations are refundable if we have not shipped your product out (which is usually about 7-10 days before the event date) Please let us know ASAP if you need to cancel due to covid.
For rentals: We give you 14 days to make adjustments to your order. At that time, we will refund you for any changes to your counts. For example: if you ordered 100 chair covers and your guest count went down to 80, we will refund you for the 20. Please let us know 14 days before your event if you need to adjust!
The rentals arrive about 3 days before your event date and come with UPS return labels to send them back the business day after your event. If you need an extra day, please let us know asap. There are no other hidden costs and we keep no security deposit.
The customer agrees that the rented property shall not be used in any manner for which it was not designed or designated and should not be near an open flame.
Items should be returned in the packages they arrived in. If the package gets damaged, you may use another box similar in size to return them with.
Simply Elegant Chair Covers, LLC requires a 21 day notice on cancellations in order to get a full refund. Orders cancelled less than 21 days before the rental date will forfeit 20% of the charge. We reserve our product for you so if you can cancel, we lose the potential of renting to another client. As noted above, COVID related cancellations are refundable just as long as you let us know before we ship your rental out (usually about 7-10 days before the event date)
